Tony Williams Joins Bellator Christi as the Newest Contributor

Tony Williams

By: Brian Chilton | November 5, 2021

Bellator Christi Ministries welcomes Tony Williams as the newest contributor to join the team. Having served 20 years as an award-winning police officer in Southern Illinois, Tony has learned first hand the value of the concepts of truth, evidence, confession, testimony, cultural competency, morality, and the compelling need for Christ to bring about a transformation in the lives of the lost. Tony had a crisis of faith 20 years ago which led him to discover a vast array of evidence supporting the Christian faith.

Tony received a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University in 2019. Eventually, Tony plans to pursue postgraduate studies in apologetics to sharpen his understanding of the field. Bellator Christi VP, Dr. T J. Gentry, has noted parallels between Tony’s apologetic approach to that of the famed Los Angeles cold-case homicide detective and best-selling author J. Warner Wallace. On behalf of the entire Bellator Christi Team, join us in welcoming Tony Williams!
