S7Q5 Question Zone Episode 5 on YouTube

Questions Covered on the Podcast:

  1. While I spent a few days really meditating on the person and work of the Holy Spirit I was led to think more vividly about Jesus exalted in his resurrected body.  This is the question then that came to me.“Lately I have been pondering and in wonder of the greatness of God,  His personhood and triune nature.  I started thinking about Jesus and the fact that he is presently in an incorruptible resurrected body.  Since Jesus is God and has a body now, and we know that God does not change, is it possible that He has always had a body even before eternity?  And that, in a sense our physical bodies (minus the corruption) are a part of what it means to be made in his image?”

I am not quite as caught up on the question, I realize there is mystery there.  But I have been turning over more thoughts; such as…while here doing his redemptive work, Jesus “limited himself to a mortal body and its limitations.”  Even though he is in a body now, there He’s not limited to it.  Or rather, his body is not limited the same way we are?

  2. How should Christians view and react to the publicity of the latest reports of aliens and UFO/UAPs when confronted by people who are deeply interested in this topic?
  3. Leading from question 2 .. Could or did Jesus’s death atone for only earthly creation or all creation (including the complete solar system)?
  4. SUPER HOT TOPIC: Thinking as a pastor guiding the church, what pastoral thoughts and advice can we give to everyone coming into this next election year?
  5. How should Christians view or take in entertainment..ie.. movies, Tv shows , sitcoms, comedy shows, etc?
