(Podcast 2.22.19) 6 Things that Hinder our Prayers

On this edition of the Bellator Christi Podcast, Brian Chilton discusses some major issues facing the church, including the sexual abuse cases in the Southern Baptist Convention, another denomination that may be on the verge of a major split, and the increasing number of churches closing its doors. The church is in dire need of spiritual renewal and revival. But how does that come? It must come by prayer. However, certain issues will hinder a person’s prayers. Brian mentions six things that hinder one’s prayers, including:

Self-centeredness.
Rejection of Divine Truth.
Unforgiving Hearts.
Bringing Discord and Disunity.
Unconfessed Sin.
Doubt.
