Recently, host Brian Chilton wrote an article asking if Isaiah 7:14 is a Messianic prophecy, that is, does it refer to the coming Messiah? On this edition of the Bellator Christi Podcast, Brian further explains why thinks that this passage of Scripture does indeed refer to the coming Messiah. The passage in context also provides a sign for the king during the days of Isaiah. The prophecy works, as Arnold Fruchtenbaum suggests, in a double reference style.

Brian G. Chilton is the founder of BellatorChristi.com and is the host of The Bellator Christi Podcast. He received his Master of Divinity in Theology from Liberty University (with high distinction); his Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies and Philosophy from Gardner-Webb University (with honors); and received certification in Christian Apologetics from Biola University. Brian is currently in the Ph.D. program in Theology and Apologetics at Liberty University.
