At Bellator Christi, we are blessed to have individuals access our resources from across the world. As a new feature of our end-of-year reflections, I would like to list the Top 20 nations that have viewed our articles or podcast in 2022. Though the site did not present a Top 20 list from last year, I will note the difference between each nation’s standings this year from the last. So, without hesitation, here are the 20 nations that have most viewed the resources on BellatorChristi.com.
Nations Not Appearing This Year: United Arab Emirates (18), Venezuela (19), Colombia (20-t), and Mexico (20-t)
Four nations were part of our Top 20 list of most viewed nations that did not quite make the list this year. The United Arab Emirates ranked 18th last year, but they barely missed this year’s list. The South American nations of Colombia and Venezuela also dropped from this year’s list. They were slightly under the threshold.
20) Mexico (=)
Due to the number of ties this year, Mexico barely made the Top 20 list. Last year, Mexico also held the 20th spot. We are glad to see our friends South of the Border with us again in 2022.
19-Tie) China (–)
One of the most fascinating new nations to make the Top 20 list is our friends from China. China is tied to make the Top 20 list. Last year, they were slightly below the 20th spot. But we are glad to see China tie for the 19th position this year.
19-Tie) Italy (–)
Our Italian friends tied China with the 19th most views in the world. Like China, they were not on the Top 20 list in 2021. However, this year, we are feeling the amore of our Italian brothers and sisters. Good to have you with us, Italy!
18) Jamaica (–)
Our Caribbean friends from Jamaica made the Top 20 list this year. With the cold temperatures of the continental United States, we are certainly envious of their tropical weather in the winter months. Nonetheless, we feel the warmth of their friendship this year with the number of views we have received from Jamaica.
17) Zambia (–)
Coming in at 17, we welcome our friends from the southern African nation of Zambia. Known for the majestic Zambezi River and glorious Victoria Falls, Zambia is also known for its viewership of our articles at Bellator Christi, which places them securely in the 17th spot. For that, we say, Zikomo!
16) New Zealand (-1)
For the 16th nation on our list, we go to the beautiful nation of New Zealand. The film adaptation of J. R. R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings was filmed in New Zealand. Middle Earth never looked better. New Zealand was on our list last year, but they dropped one slot from their previous standing. Nonetheless, we are thankful for our readers in this beautiful land.
15) Malaysia (-3)
Malaysia returns to our list this year. Though they dropped three positions this year, this Southeast Asian nation continues to support our website. We thank you, Malaysia. In other words, “terima kasih!”
14) Ireland (-1)
We are feeling the luck of the Irish with the number of views we received from Ireland. They dropped one position. But that is no problem because Ireland has been a supporter of Bellator Christi for quite some time. Thank you for your support, Ireland!
13-t) Indonesia (+2)
Positioned on the equator in Southeast Asia and Oceania sits the nation of Indonesia. Indonesians have increasingly read our posts so much that they rose two positions on our listing from last year. Welcome, Indonesia!
13-t) Germany (-2)
Danke, Germany! Our German friends continue to log on to our website with fervent force. While they dropped two positions, they tied with Indonesia at number 13. Germany has a special place in my heart. From research into my ancestry, I learned that I have many ancestors who lived in Frankfurt and Worms. Perhaps my German kinsmen and kinswomen will make it to the Top 10 in 2023.
12) Singapore (=)
We have another nation in Southeast Asia that regularly supports Bellator Christi. Singapore is located at the southern edge of Malaysia and is a maritime nation just west of the South China Sea. For the second straight year, Singapore has regularly viewed our resources and landed with the title of the 12th highest viewed nation on our list.
11) Brazil (+6)
From Southeast Asia, we now move to South America. Yet another nation south of the Equator is found on this year’s list. Our views in Brazil have substantially increased from last year. Brazil increased an amazing 6 spots from last year’s poll. Obrigada, Brazil!
10) Kenya (-1)
Now, we consider the Top 10 list. For the Top 10 nations that viewed Bellator Christi, we begin with the eastern African nation of Kenya. Kenya lies on the equator and sits on the shore of the Indian Ocean. This nation has been on the Top 10 list since the website’s inception. They have been a supporter of Bellator Christi for some time now, and we thank you.
9) Ghana (+1)
To the other side of Africa we go for our 9th highest-ranked nation. Ghana sits north of the Gulf of Guinea and south of the Sahara. Like Kenya, Ghana has been a strong supporter of Bellator Christi Ministries. Kenya and Ghana switched spots in their viewership rankings, but they were only separated by a mere 44 views.
8) South Africa (=)
African nations regularly support Bellator Christi with regular views. South Africa is one of those nations. South Africa grabbed the 8th spot for the third straight year. They ranked the 6th highest in 2019, 3rd in 2018, and 7th in 2017. We thank you for your support, South Africa!
7) India (-1)
India is another nation that has strongly supported Bellator Christi through the years. Though they dropped one spot this year, India ranked 5th in 2020, 2019, and 2018; and 4th in 2017. Shukriya, India!
6) Canada (-1)
O’ Canada, we stand on guard for thee and your support throughout the years. Canada dropped one spot this year, but they are another nation that consistently views Bellator Christi resources. In 2020, Canada ranked 4th in 2018–2019, and 2nd in 2017. We thank our neighbors to the north!
5) United Kingdom (-1)
The United Kingdom is another amazing supporter of Bellator Christi. British support has waned in recent years but not by much. For the first few years, the UK ranked in the top 3 consistently. Though they dipped one spot from last year and three spots from two years ago, the UK remains steadfast in its viewership and support. They are consistently found in the Top 5, and we are all grateful.
4) Australia (+3)
Our mates from Down Under dramatically increased in the rankings this year. Australia increased three spots, from 7th to 4th. This is the first year that Australia made the Top 5. We are grateful and appreciative. Thank you, Australia!
3) Nigeria (=)
Nigeria marks the fifth African nation supporting Bellator Christi in this year’s list. 2022 marks the second consecutive year that Nigeria ranks 3rd and the third straight year they ranked in the Top 5. Nigeria is just two nations away from Ghana, another Bellator Christi supporter. Additionally, the Western African nation is the second most populated nation in Africa, just behind Egypt. In case you’re interested, Egypt tied with Cameroon for the 48th spot in this year’s list. On certain days, it was observed that Nigeria viewed the website even more than the United States. Thank you for your support, Nigeria!
2) Philippines (=)
Next to the nation holding the number 1 spot, the greatest supporter of the Bellator Christi Ministries is the island nation of the Philippines. Our Western Pacific friends have ranked 2nd for 4 straight years! For several days, the Philippines have outranked all other nations for the most views. Of nations outside of the Bellator Christi home, the Philippines is the clear winner. The Bellator Christi team says, salamat!
1) United States (=)
It is of no surprise that the United States, the home of Bellator Christi Ministries, is ranked number 1. The United States has consecutively led the way with the most views for each year that Bellator Christi has been in existence. However, if the Philippines and Nigeria continue to click on our site, then the ol’ USA may have some competition in the years ahead. But for now, the United States is secure in its top spot as they outrank all other nations by at least 26,000 views. Bellator Christi Ministries is thankful for our country tis of thee.
