(Podcast 11.2.18) Eleven Dimensions, Time, and the Transcendence of God

Multidimensions

The more humanity studies the universe, the more bizarre the universe becomes. Physicists claim that the universe holds no less than eleven dimensions. By God’s nature, he must beyond the number of dimensions that universe holds. On this episode of the Bellator Christi Podcast, Brian G. Chilton contends that the transdimensional and transcendent nature of God may help us understand how God could remain transcendent while interacting with creation. The following chart comes from Hugh Ross’s book Beyond the Cosmos. On this chart, G represents God, U the beginning of the universe, E the end of the universe, B the birth of a person, D the death of a person, and P the present time. The chart notes that God can see all points of time due to him being beyond the dimensions of space-time. Events still occur in a succession, such as Alan Padgett’s relative timelessness as opposed to the static view of absolute timelessness, but God still remains beyond time in his eternal-time.
