(BCP) Message: Ecclesia “Baptism: A Symbolic Identification” (Acts 8:34-40; Romans 6:1-11)

Bellator Christi

In this message, we continue our series on the church called “Ecclesia: All About the Church.” Already in this series, we have investigated the mission of the church, the people of the church, as well as the roles of the pastor and deacon. The final two messages in this series will examine the ordinances observed in the church. The last message will be on communion. But today, we will learn about the role that baptism plays in a person’s life. Baptism is an outward expression of an inward transformation. We’ll learn about the way we identify with Christ through baptism.
